I recently had an implant exchange (after one of my saline implants leaked) with a breast lift and I am very happy with my results. In fact, the whole experience was fantastic. The hotel has a 24 hour infirmary. The team is in touch with you daily. Dr Safa is very amicable and obviously very competent.
