Dr. Mehmet Fatih Algan is a board-certified plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgeon. He graduated from Hacettepe University and completed his specialty at İnönü University. With experience in both public and private hospitals, he currently works at Algan Clinic. Dr. Safa Manav was born in Antalya, Turkey. He graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2012 with a High Honor degree certificate. In the same year, he started specialization training at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
Global experience of plastic surgery
He continued his training at UZ Brussels Plastic Surgery University in January-March 2018 as a fellow of Prof. Dr. Mustapha Hamdi by working on advanced aesthetics. He completed specialty training on May 15, 2018.

Dr. Safa Manav has many articles published in national and international journals, author of book chapters, and many oral presentations presented at national and international congresses. He was deemed worthy of the best free paper at the TPRECD National Convention in 2017 and the first prize in the TPRECD Expert Research Competition in 2019. Participating in many training events such as courses and congresses, In recent years, Dr. Manav has added to his duties as a basic microsurgery course instructor.
